This 17" Vaello Paella Pan is carefully designed - the bottom is dimpled to spread heat evenly, and each pan features two riveted handles for secure transport. These pans are oven and stovetop safe, and can be used with wood and gas cooking surfaces. The deep sides allow for splatter-free stirring.
